Haunted Sugar Mills in New Smyrna
The Sugar Mills were built some time in the 1800s and since then there have been sightings of a Seminole spirit that runs through the grounds. The area was also home to a traveling circus at some point in its history and there have also been sightings of clowns and other haunts.
Ybor Ghost Tour
Take a tour through the haunted streets of Ybor City at night where you will learn about the history of this area and possible encounter some paranormal sightings. The Cuban Club of Tampa is part of the tour and definitely one of creepiest places I've ever been at night.
Koreshan State Historic Site
Koreshan State Park is in Estero Park. It is home to a historic district inside the park that was once home to a utopian society with their own religion. There are reports of strange noises and sightings in the park from ghosts of these community members.
Ripley's Haunted Castle Tour
St. Augustine, Florida is known as America's oldest city which was founded in 1565. All that history means there are plenty of tales of ghosts, murder, and mystery. There are a number of tours to experience the haunting of the old jailhouse, Casablanca Hotel, the Castillo de San Marcos fort, and the Ripley's Haunted Castle Tour.
Ghosts of Tampa Theatre Tour - Tampa Theatre
Tampa Theater is a gorgeous, ornate theater in downtown Tampa built in 1926. It is also one of the most haunted locations in the city. Guests can take a 90 minute tour to learn all about the history and haunts of theater, including the guest in seat 308.
Spook Hill
Spook Hill is an interesting location in Lake Walkes near Bok Tower Gardens. You park your car at the bottom of the hill in neutral and a spirit will pull you uphill. It is in a residential neighborhood near a school zone so when you go be mindful of the time of day since locals just drive through it like a regular road.
