Spring is just around the corner so you know what that means! It’s time for the Valspar Championship 2017, part of the PGA Tour known as “Most Colorful PGA TOUR Tournament in the World.” Golf lovers will descend upon Innisbrook in Palm Harbor, Florida decked in the brightest and most eye catching colors they can find.
For the 3rd year in a row I’m pleased to announce that Outdoorsy Diva will be in attendance thanks to Valspar Championship and my readers can win a pair of tickets to attend too!!
Now I’m no golf fan by any stretch, but I have found the Valspar Championship to be a great way to spend time with the family enjoying the outdoors. Check out my post about why you should attend a golf tournament even if you aren’t a golf fan!
Another great draw to make the Valspar Championship such a nice outing for families is the abundance of activities for kids. They dedicate a whole area as a kid zone that your littles will love!
Of course there is world championship golf happening and I have to say that final round can get really exciting!! I ended up just feet from the ball during one of the crucial final rounds last year.

Free concert March 11th by Toby Keith on Saturday after tournament play has ended.

An upscale wine, beer and spirits emporium. This new venue is open to all patrons located between the 9th and 10th holes of the Copperhead Course. Make sure you check out the spectators rules on the Valspar website. You can also find information on purchasing tickets and the cost for parking. Kids 15 and under get in FREE!
**Parking passes must be pre-purchased for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Patrons may purchase Tuesday & Wednesday parking when arrive on-site.
